Looking To Consign With Us?

                                  The Huntress Canada Guide to Consigning 

1) Send photos of your items to our consignment team (including close-up photos any imperfections) by email to [email protected] 

2) We will notify you of the items we are interested in trying on consignment, and send along our consignment agreement to be reviewed and signed, as well as our consignment checklist (see photo below). *Please note that we prioritize garments that are well-constructed and use high-quality textiles. Some fashion brands are not accepted due to inconsistent garment construction and textiles that do not provide longevity of wear. 

3) Selected items can be dropped off at/picked up from an arranged location. Our showroom is in Georgetown, ON so consignors must be willing to make one trip to Georgetown to either drop-off new in-take items or pick-up passbacks/expired items. Please note that our COVID protocol requires all items to be transferred in reusable bags or plastic bins for easy sanitation. Items will not be accepted in plastic bags or cardboard boxes. 

4) As a safety precaution, items will be placed in a 48 hour quarantine before being evaluated and authenticated by staff. Once complete, you will receive an email outlining which items will be kept for consignment, and which items will be passed back. 

5) Upon confirmation, your items will be placed for sale online (Website/Instagram) at our discretion.
