Shipping & Returns

Currently we ship to Canada and the US, however if you live outside of North America, please email us at [email protected] to make shipping arrangements. All shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. All shipping comes with full tracking through Canada Post.
*Please note: large Houseware items are not eligible for shipping. Pick-up only. 

At checkout, you may opt for delivery if the delivery address and postal code are within our delivery catchment. Our delivery catchment includes: Guelph, Rockwood, Acton, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga. A $10 fee will be added to your payment total for delivery to these cities. 

We offer free pick-ups at our Georgetown location. If you choose 'Pick-Up' at the check-out, please email us at [email protected] for pick-up time arrangements and location details. 

Processing Times
Items are generally shipped within 1-3 business day following receipt of payment and approval. This typically looks like shipment drop-offs on Mondays and Thursdays.
Deliveries are within 3-5 days following receipt of payment and approval. 
Pick-ups are available within 1 business day following receipt of payment and approval. Please email [email protected] to arrange a pick-up time for your purchase. 

Customs and Duties 
Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import taxes, duties and
other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for
any duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by your country upon delivery.
We mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand) and value
the item at full purchase price (minus shipping).

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Items being returned must be in the same condition as they were received (e.g., no wear, damage, or signs of use) or no refund/credit will be issued. The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories (e.g., original box, dust bags, straps, authenticity cards, etc.) that were received with the order.

All returns must be shipped/returned within 5 business days from the date of receiving your purchase. A full refund will be issued for all returns.
Note: We do not refund or credit initial shipping costs. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items sent back MUST be mailed 'Signature Required' or we are not responsible for potential theft of items.

Please allow 72 hours for re-authentication and processing once returned back to The Huntress Canada before any credits/refunds are issued. The refund will appear on your billing statement 10 business days after the date of refund – however this may vary depending on your credit card company or bank.

All SALE/FLASH SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
